Foos4Fun Ltd - Tornado Spares

Post by Rob Davey » Fri Nov 24, 2006 12:22 pm

As most of you are by now aware from the previous post Dave Oates and I have launched Foos4Fun Ltd.  Thank you for all your well wishes and hopes as well as your offers to help - brilliant guys.  We have some exciting things planned for 2007 and on.

Along with the order for Tornado tables we are placing a substantial order for Tornado Spares of which a price list is set out below.

This will be a great opportunity for those foosball players in the UK who have wished to order spare parts with expensive carriage charges, such as the ‘New Tornado Rods’ – to now order without that carriage charge.  As an example the new rods come in at £25 each (inc Vat).  I don’t know exactly how much the carriage would be from the US, but if you want to compare then search Foosball.com for a quote.

Price List £

Tornado Rods  25.00
Men (Yellow or Black)    3.50
Balls         25.00 per Ten
Split Pins           2.50 per Ten
Bearing Half    1.00
Bearing Nut    2.50
Bearing Wrench    4.00
Tornado Table Light       200.00
Handles          4.00
Rubber Bumpers    1.50
Silicone Lube                           3.00

Delivery will be early 2007.  If you want to save UK carriage on your order then just pick up at a Tournament in person.

You can PM me your orders or post any related questions here.

Best wishes and thanks again

Rob Davey

Can I make a formal motion to the committee, and suggest that the BFA invest money in a lot of bits and bobs, to last through the next years worth of tournaments? PS I know it's the wrong place to do this, but I'm lazy ;-)

Hi Pinky

Thanks for your order, very much appreciated - we will bring your spares to the Southampton Tournament all being well ok.

Quick question:  Are you sure you only want half of a bearing?

Best wishes

Rob

Plastic

Post by Rob Davey » Wed Nov 29, 2006 12:14 am

I'm checking with Valley ok Cath.

By the way in Vegas we used the plastic handles and I have to say they make your hands sweat a lot and are far more slippier than the wooden ones.

When wrapped they are all the same but I didn't like them.

I'll let you know as soon as I have something.

Plastic handles

Yes Phil schlaefer makes and sells these.

I will see if we can get some Cath however they are $ 12.95 a pair plus shipping to uk  which makes them a lot more costly than the wooden ones and as slippery as a greased PIG.

You sure you want them?

haha! I don't know now...

thought I'd put them on half my table.

couldn't see them on foosball.com

but then that's not phil s anyway.

oatsey - if it would cost me the same price to order them myself, then please let me know and I will do this - no point in causing you any extra hassle...

Hi Guys,

we have been evolving the new website over the weekend and the SHOP is now open for business.

Please have a look and if you see any silly things let us know  so we can correct them .

Also any suggestions to improve the site in general welcome but as you can see its a massive improvement !!

We will have a few of the new F5's as used in Worlds in Vegas in November sometime.

WRAPS

Post by Oatsey » Sat Feb 02, 2008 5:42 pm

We now have new stock of both Masterwraps £2,50 and Pro wraps £1,50

both very good but as I am a primark and matalan guy not an animal, gucci, lacoste guy like James is   , the Pro wraps represent particularly good value in my view .

If you want any you can order on the site or just PM me and we can bring some to Hollywell hence saving postage.
