The live stream is down and seems to have been for some time.

Notable results:
- Shovie and Steve both didn't quite qualify (only 28 going through out of 60) but both were perhaps only 1 win short.
- Rob Atha wins his first game in the knock-out, has one of the Wonsylds then likely Tony Spredeman waiting next.
- Boris and Rob Davey through in Senior Singles
- Jody and Mayya through in Women's
- Matty through in Juniors, Callum just missed out and lost his last game 7-6 ooof.

Yow... Rob Mares just put out Ryan Moore, Ryan had been 2-0 up.

Jody, Mayya and Matty all lost their first round knockout matches :(

Rob, Boris and Rob Davey still going...

Also, Dave Z and Rob D make it through their qualification rounds without losing a game.

Rob lost to Bentivoglio in the semi final

5/4 - 2/5 - 5/2 - 2/5 - 7/5

Only saw the last game on kozoom, but was a close game. Rob seemed to rush a few shots in that final game and just missed out.

I watched the last game. Both had shots to win it, first Benti which Rob blocked, then Rob had at least one if not a few more, at Matt says he took quick shots but wasn't successful, so in the end Benti closed out the game. World Cup Final at the age of 57. Hard luck Rob, but also many congratulations for getting to where you did.

Looks like the men just blitzed the Swiss 8-2 with a +20 goal average.

Keep it up, chaps.

The Denmark - Austria match looks to be the pick of the first round. They tied 5 games all, with Denmark scoring 35 goals to Austria's 34.

Sheesh kebab.

The men comfortably win their second match, beating Poland 8-2 meaning they're guaranteed to go through the group.

Looks like the battle against Germany tomorrow morning will decide who tops the group.

Come on guys! Keep it up :)

Sarah and Ola just beat a Bulgarian team with ease in their first knockout round 5/2, 5/3, 5/3.

Sounds simple.

Probably wasn't considering their opponents contained the Women's Singles CHAMPION.

Go on girls!

Rob and Eddie through to their second round where they face an easy encounter against Ryan and Tom...

GB 8 - 2 Switzerland
Rob and Jon both lost a singles leg.

GB 8 - 2 Poland
Jon lost one leg, Steve/Simon lost one leg (but came back from 4-1 down to win the away leg). Poland had to forfeit one of the matches.

Cheers for the update, Dan.

Seems like the guys lost out to Germany this morning - not sure of the score though.

The girls are currently in a must win match against the Italians.

Which they now have done :)

Means they finish second in their group behind Austria.

Went out in three legs to Luxembourg, watched the alternating Fireball / Leonharts on a rather grainy overhead view. Rob lost to Leonardo Stamerra (said the chatroom), Steve and Simon then lost to Carlos Da Silva and AN Other, and finally Shovie got close to Yannick Correia (winning on Fireball, losing Leonhart, then 3-5 in the last leg). The Germans also lost 0-3 to les Belges.

There is a knockout nations tournament called 'Demotion to D2'.
Anybody any idea as to how this works?
