Mike and Tom won against the Indian team 7-2 (forfeit) so from the looks of it, they have qualified from the groups

Nunes pretty much cheated his way into winning the 3rd game turing the match around and won 3-2 against Tony :(

Boris and DZ out of seniors unfortunately.

Just watched Spredeman going out to Nunes - controversy over whether Tony did call 3 timeouts in game 3 (Nunes called it and Tony agreed after heated discussion) - If the stream has been recorded then the truth will out. Either way, Nunes played well, took his chances in the later games while Tony didn't...

Tony never got back into the game after that decision. 5th game, he rushed everything way too much and i believed he never called a time out.

He's number 1-2 in the world, he shouldn't let that effect him...

Can anyone kindly tell me if Junior Doubles have been played yet? Any news on Ben Greenfield & Alexi King?

It's cool. I found it. Doesn't look pretty...

Don't know for sure, but I reckon they'll start streaming when the doubles knockouts start which is 1pm our time. They usually stream the opening ceremony which is at 4pm our time, so I'd expect it to be on by then at the very latest.

Meng, they didn't make it through the qualification stage. Unfortunately, they weren't able to win a game - rather like me and James in 2010! Results for JD are found here http://www.table-soccer.org/tournaments ... w_2045.pdf

Okay, I've just woken up to see some results from the world cup qualification rounds...

The men lost to USA in their first match, meaning they probably need to beat Luxembourg and Slovakia to progress.

The seniors won their first match and are just behind Belgium in the group on games won.

The women are currently playing in their first match.

But, most importantly, the juniors won their only match of today against Spain! They play their other 2 tomorrow with a great chance of qualification. Awesome work guys!!

We may only be playing one match today and the rest tomorrow morning. Its just to get the groups over and done with so that they can play the KO tomorrow afternoon and the day after
