Inside Foos Productions, Independent Foosball Promotions, and the United States Table Soccer Association will be presenting a special Live Video Streaming event from the Tornado World Championships of Foosball in Las Vegas this September 27-30. Players of all skill levels, representing more than 15 different countries, will be in attendance at the Riviera Hotel and Casino on the Vegas Strip, with more than $100,000 in cash and prizes awarded to the top finishers at this exciting annual event, which is considered the sport's most prestigious competition.

If you are unable to attend the 2007 event, you can still get a front row seat to watch table soccer's top performers by going to insidefoos.com or foosworld.com, beginning at 1 pm PDT on Thursday, September 27, and following the links to the "Live Streaming" page. There will be special free previews from Las Vegas on Thursday and Friday (the 28th), with a $25 charge for the all of the weekend's championship action beginning Friday evening at 7:00 PDT.

As usual, "Fooscaster" Jim Stevens and expert analyst Brad Anderson will be in Las Vegas to provide play-by-play descriptions of the sport's best "foosers" competing for world honors on the Tornado table, with Inside Foos Productions covering all the angles with a muti-camera set-up. 2007 marks the 15th consecutive year that Inside Foos has brought their unique style of foosball coverage to the World Championships.

Saturday' and Sunday's live webcast will begin at 11:00 am PDT, and extend late into the evening on each of these action-filled days. The comprehensive weekend "streaming" will feature the best action from two of the event's major competitions, Open Doubles and Open Singles, including the championship finals of both of these elite events. Final matches from the Corona Light Amateur and Semi Pro Doubles events will also be featured, with the winner's of these big money competitions taking home $3000 and $4000 respectively.

Subscribers to the weekend coverage will also receive a coupon good for $50 off the purchase of a new Tornado T-2000 foosball table, courtesy of Valley-Dynamo and Tornado Table Soccer. Viewers will also have the chance to win prizes in special trivia contests and drawings. The Inside Foos webcast will also feature "talk radio" style phone-in segments, interviews with the sport's top players and most influential people, and coverage of the all new National Team Event, which will bring eight person teams from around the world together to compete for the first-ever Tornado team title.

Maybe laziness but does someone know a link where we can have some 'live' updates for this tournament? Nowadays we're spoiled with live schedules but a quick search didn't satisfy my expectations  :shock:  8)

Rob and Tom being streamed right now playing Mares and Atkinson in losers bracket
Rob and Tom just went out to 6-4 in the 5th after a really good comeback to level 4-4 in the last game I think that placed them 4th. Unlucky boys.:cry:
Good luck in singles :)

OD:

Final = Collignon/Loffredo (King Seat) vs Pappas/Park

Fred and Todd won 3-0 in the winners final so it looks like Billy will have a lot to do.

3rd McMillan/Gummeson
4th Atha/Yore

Other results include Kane Gabriel coming 2nd in Pro singles behind "Some Austrian Dude". Bloody yanks.

How does that work? Surely Mares/Adkisson must have finished above Rob and Tom Yore.

Tom & Rob got 3-0 ed in the WSF by Fred & Todd so went into the losers at 5th or better, if they lost to Mares/Adkisson and T-mac & gummy came 3rd that means they came 5th.
