Hehe, now that would be an incentive for me to actually score something from upfront. You're on ;)

Just me and Tom this thurs as Ben's car broke down and he couldn't give the others a lift. Tom was looking for practice for Nuneaton so we played almost solid from 6pm to 11pm. A few things went against the historical run of play, Tom took my 3 bar title, I took his 5 bar title and I took his first to 9 title. Tom defended his 5/3 title and the marathon (9/3) though that was close, Tom winning 9-7 in the final game. We decided on a new title event first to 5 snake shot only, I won that but I dont think I'll hold it for long as it cant be that long before Tom learns to push as well :D Goalie wars was interrupted by the bar closing and having to leave.... Everyone welcome if they're ever in the area. Prob next meet this Thurs.

a good night for me tonight but i suspect Tom is suffering from overfooz. Tom still managed to win the main event (5-3) but I took the first to 9, 3 bar and goalie wars. We discovered some new talent, called Mark who was brought up in the west Indies on Tornado and has a mean pull shot and pin sequence as well as a mean long pull kick on his 2 bar.....he has never attended a tournament. I told him that there were some good players from Bristol that may be attending their first tournament at Swansea and he said "bring 'em on..." Thats a challenge..... Bristol!

just a reminder, mid day today for tornadofooz with visiting pro (rated semi) josefi. Should be a good day as the Bristol Channel yacht Club (next door posh building) is running their annual race which is always a good laugh and there is a barbacue on the roof afterwards and the forecast is sun. Its going to be a fab day.

Me, Tom, Josefi, Ben, Matt, Cameron and John had a good tornado session between noon and early evening today. Now exams finished should be twice or three times a week up to Bristol.

Jase and I have plans at the local movie theatre for tomorrow, but we could probably make it next week if you'll both be there then?
If so, any chance we could make it a little earlier too so Jase doesn't end up driving back too late?

Mac, the club only opens at 7pm...officially....It would be possible to arrange an earlier start as I have the keys etc so maybe we can do this next thurs if we have a few people. Also, if you are keen to play tornado, me and Tom have had a few afternoon sessions over the weekends as the club is open from noon onwards and this is also a possibility. I also have some medals left over from the SWO and if we could get about 8 people maybe we could have a singles knock out with prize etc.

Weekends are tricky - I work Friday and Saturday in Newport, Jase works Saturday and Sunday in the valleys.
And no worries if we can't start much before 7.
Feel free to bring more players along - perhaps a DYP or even a Super Melee (I know this is usually reserved for 2BRB but I don't see why it couldn't work for a regular event) would be awesome!
I'll text Mike and Gipper but I don't think either are interested enough these days to make time in their busy schedules...
