Not sure about Cardiff but Tom Curtis and a group play in Swansea (see the link below). Can't find him on Facebook but he's on the forum here as Tomolo so you could send him a private message and arrange to meet up

Or you could just get your own scene started if you can find a decent table there!

Try this - http://www.britfoos.com/venues/map
This does suggest there may be a few places in and around Cardiff with a table, although no scene as far as I know of, or have heard of. As Will says, Swansea might be the closest place with regular players.
Bear in mind there is no guarantee that the tables are still in the places that the map shows - but it might be somewhere to start your search. And feel free to update us if tables have gone to keep that map up to date!
Hope that helps.

There's a Garlando in a pub called the Varsity on Albany Road.

2 Garlando tables on free-play upstairs in a Mexican restaurant and bar called Wahaca in central Cardiff.

Re: table football in Cardiff
Here are the venues in the Cardiff area on our database - note this has not been updated for some time so if you can confirm they still have tables or tell us if they don't (or no longer exist) we'd be grateful.
The Three Brewers Colchester Avenue
Varsity 199-201 Richmond Road
Roath Cottage 25-26 Plasnewydd Road
Gassy Jacks 39-41 Salisbury Road
The Mackintosh Mundy Place
The Woodville 1-5 Woodville Road
The Royal George 1-5 Mackintosh Place
A good way to find new places is to check the operator stickers on pool tables juke boxes, bandits etc and ring them to ask if they have any football tables in local venues.
