Just been into the Pear on Bristol Road (about 2 minute walk from my house) to play on the table in there. It's awesome. I took on a couple of locals, won a few pints whilst teaching them about the game/BFA scene. They've signed up to the sheet that's been posted on the wall too. Any news about this, Jon? How many people would be required to get a league going?

If anyone's in the area, drop me a PM and we'll arrange to meet and have a game.

Perhaps we can arrange to come over one night, or get the locals to come to the Royal oak where we now have a Fireball and Garlando.

Called in at The Tennis Courts on Thursday evening.
The table is £1.00 play, the playing surface is dirty and the bars are stiff.
I don't think we are promoting the game charging £1.00 - this is not in an affluent area and not a student pub.

Hi guys,

Sorry my post from earlier hasnt seemed to been posted. I said that sometimes its the pubs the request the playing price. From my experience some venues have asked if it can be £1, even when you explain they still want £1. These pubs are used to pool tables taking £350-450 a month so expect minimum of half from foos tables.

Regards,

Mase
