Tornado session in Solihull - Sat 11th Oct

Post by El Capitan » Fri Sep 26, 2008 11:59 pm

Ladies and Gentlemen, there is finally a table in Solihull!!! Well done me, Paddy and Chris.

It's in the Solihull Moors bar, open every night.

I think the "Chetwynders" (Good times, good times) are going to go and have some games Saturday 25th October. I hope some others can make the trip to as I want this table to stay there!

It's a Tornado, 9 balls for 50p. Go there. Play Table Football. There is also darts, pool and pinball. Plus it's a very nice bar.

Also Obv. I live right near there, so get in touch and I'll play you there anytime!

Well done - it looks a great venue. A few of us from the Boro Social will definitely get over on a Saturday soon as well as the 25th October

Well done John for finding this place.

This is a fantastic venue.

With Tornado here & 2x garlando in Nuneaton, table football in the midlands is looking really good.

Looking forward to playing here.

Well the 18th is Bill Donne's event in Reading, so it would have to be the 11th.

How would that suit?

Ok, so we're going to try to have a session on the Tornado next saturday.

8pm til 11.

The table will need breaking in, so if anyone the the area fancies making the trip, please do.

Plus it's about 5 minutes from my flat, so mates are welcome to make the trip and kip at mine.

Super easy to get to...

It's right by the Land Rover plant if you get lost...

It's just as easy from J5 M42 if you prefer.

Just a little bump for this...

Looks like Paul A, Chris, Roger will be there

And possibly:
Adam Baker
Adam Baker's girlfriend
Indy
Paul "rubbish at table football" Barrett
Tom O'Connor

If you can make it, please coma along for some games, and to convince the bar-staff that it's good to have a table!!!

Gents,

Many thanks for making the trip over. Dare I say it....  I had fun playing on the Tornado!

Maybe we can sort out another night next month. Only once I've fixed the jukebox...

You might find the speakers upstairs are still not connected which wil make it harder for you to hear those unforgettable songs that I have forgotten.
