Capital Venue Foos

HI,

just to confirm to anyone interested there will be a Foos session at the Capital Venue this Thursday from 7.30pm on the new Leonhart coin opp. If enough turn up we may have a fun dyp, otherwise just practice and fun.

We will also be testing out the live streaming hopefully.

Hi Guys

If you fancy playing some Leonhart Foos in readiness for the next event in August a few of us will be at the Capital venue Thursday from 7.30 pm. Come along to the upstairs bar and get some practice in.

Who knows if we get a few may have an impromptu DYP.

Just for fun I will be trying to Live Stream the games we have tonight from the CV from about 8 ish .
However I may well find I cant for all sorts of reasons but if you are bored later tune in to the fivebar foosball streaming site here and see if anything is working.

Hi,

Next Foos session at the CV will be on Thursday 18/7 /2013 from 7.30 ish so a great opportunity to practice on leonhart before the Leonhart Summer Open .

I think the live streaming was very jerky last time as I used wifi not Ethernet so less bandwidth . However I am told the replay was fine so a useful experiment.

Myself, James, Nick wenn, Gregg and possibly Josh at least should be there Thursday 18/7 about 7.30 - 8 so Should be a good session if you fancy some leonhart practice.

Hi all,

myself and james and quite possibly mase , Chris lyall and others will be at the CV on Thursday 12/9 i,e, not this week but next for some Foosball and fun. This will be a regular get together every two weeks so get it in your diary !

We will be starting about 8 pm so please come along . We have now officially registered this as a foosball club so if you want to join up please let me know as we may well enter a league team next year.

We will also be having DYP/practice every now and then on a sunday from 4.00pm.
As we have umpteen tables available if we need more due to a good turn out we can just set another up very quickly.

We are still working with the venue to improve and consolidate things for foosball and I am pleased to say they have agreed to take out the second snooker table for the November event onwards so we will have loads of room and can configure the tables more effectively for viewing matches in the main room. Obviously other incremental improvements will continue if we can demonstrate the foosball communities interest and support.

A great fun night at the CV Thursday. Nice to see the return of James Tucker , could cause a few people some problems in November I reckon.

There will also be a foos session this Thursday coming 19/9 as there wont be one the following week as several of us will be travelling to the Leonhart WCS.

Another good night of foosin at the CV with myself, Alex S, Mase, Chris |L , Greg Z and the CV and Leonhart virgin Josh!

I doubt there wont be a session next week as many of us will all be at the Leonhart WCS.
