What ranking combinations are allowed for pro am?

I'm not certain, but I think one player must be a pro, one an am. SPs aren't allowed to play. :roll:

Pro Am is as greg said and i will write it again nice and clear.

PM can only play with Novice.
Pro can play with Novice or Ams
SP's can play with Novice, AM and Sp's
Ams can play with everyone BAR Pro Master's
Novices can play with whomever.
