WS/WD/SS/SD/JS/JD – Double Elimination best of 3/5 both sides of bracket, final Berliner format (best of 4). ITSF Deuce Rule in final game.

Referees
The head official will maintain a list of qualified referees available to officiate matches where required. If a referee is requested each player must pay a fee of £1, irrespective of the number of remaining games or the level of qualification of the referee.
No fee is payable for officiating where referee is appointed by the head official prior to the match (e.g. for finals or any televised matches), except where a higher-ranked official is requested by either team.

National League Team Event
This is a competition for teams of 4-8x players) – UK teams must be affiliated to an official BFA club, Overseas players may enter as national teams.
Teams with no more than one player ranked semipro or above will be assigned to Division B, teams with 2 or more players ranked semipro or above will be assigned to Division A, At least 5x fixtures will be played per team, prioritised between teams from the same division wherever possible.
Each team must designate 2x singles players (S1 & S2) and 3x doubles teams (D1, D2 & D3), no player may play more than 1 singles and 1 doubles, or 2x doubles games. S1 cannot play D1 and S2 cannot play D2, no singles player may play D3. This is because 2x games will usually be played simultaneously.
Unattached players wishing to compete may be added to short-handed squads, provided each squad has a minimum of 3x players registered to their club.
The game format is best of 10x goals, allowing a 5-5 draw. It is proposed to play a minimum of 5x rounds of matches, last matches called no later than 4.30pm
If interdivisional games are required each team shall play the same number of interdivisional matches, the format for these matches is first to 7 goals handicapped one goal per difference in rank (of highest ranked player in doubles teams).

Wheelchair Singles & Doubles?
An ITSF Roberto-Sport Wheelchair-adapted table will be provided in the event of two or more individuals registering for Wheelchair Singles and/or Doubles at the tournament. Deadline for registration is 1800hrs on Wednesday 23rd August. A minimum of 2x players is required for a singles competition and 4x players for a doubles competition. Other events (e.g. super-melee (DYP) doubles, Goalie Wars) may be arranged if there is sufficient demand. These events will be held on Monday 28th August (Bank Holiday Monday).

Dress Code
ITSF Dress code is strongly encouraged but not mandatory. However players must be smart and appropriately dressed (e.g. sports shirts/tops/T-shirts or national team kits) and must not wear clothing which could be construed as liable to cause offence. Are the Classic and Speedball events broken out by category (Men/Women/Junior/Senior), or are they for anyone?

It states on the room booking site that children are not allowed on campus. Would these rules be relaxed for Alice and Sophie or would they have to stay elsewhere?

Classic and Speedball Doubles will be open events - not separated by category

Re Alice & Sophie, I don't think it will be a problem but I will raise it with the venue.
