OK fair enough, there are reasons to like the ITSF, although I guess some people benefit from it more than others. All of your points are valid, but only beneficial dependent on your skill level, attitude and ability to travel. For example I do like the challenge of playing more varied opposition pr...

Don't get me wrong, I think that great strides have been made in the development of the game in the last 5 or 10 years, but I think these strides are independent of the ITSF. I'm sure you're right Dave. A unified set of rules, a tour of international events contributing to one ranking system, an an...

I hope no one thinks the ITSF is a waste of time any more. Lol. Time and money. God knows where that £5 per player membership fee goes or what happens to the £300 that we (note "we" refers to the paying tournamnet player) give them to sanction a tourney. But hey that's another topic. Don't get me w...

Never in the field of foosball conflict has so much slop gone in so one-sidedly - and you didn't even score a hack - my work here is done - you ARE the Scheissermeister!

Many thanks to Boris, Steve, Mase etc for a great tournament. New tables - makes a big diffference. Nice to not have to worry about the cross bar, inconsistent playing surfaces, rod weights etc. Good formats in open events, including the 2 clear rule (sorry Dave and Nub). OD - was good fun team with...

Hi Kris. I doubt that you will find any serious foosers there tonight. Thursday is the regular foos night where we usually get a decent group of players together. Or you could go to the Old Bank in Keynsham on a Tuesday.

Hopefully see you next week.

Dave.
