Re: MALAYSIA 2012 FCM Classics Asia Open - International Ser

It's very likely I will be going back to Malaysia this year so I can help tempt some of my friends, if you need accommodation.

Not that it matters, everything in Malaysia is much cheaper due to the exchange rate except for the flights.

Re: Warwick Open 2012 - March 9-11

Jon May came back from the dead after Chris L sent him to the loser's bracket 3-0 to double-dip Louis Tan in the OS finals.

Sorry mate, I am taken by another man T_T. I'll still be very happy to see you on Sunday though and I'm sure a sandbaggy amateur as yourself will have no end of suitors! =D

It appears that you are already a registered club so in tournaments all you have to do is identify your players (assumed to be with pre-reg forms - "Club" field) and Chris will do the rest.

I have found a slightly less attractive HD partner who is younger than I am. We shall have fun nonetheless.

Re: Old Format Ideas

Was I the only novice who loved playing open events? I hear the same old story about how going 2 and out in open is not fun. The chance to play against some of the best players in the country was mouth watering to me. I played Rob Atha in Liverpool. It was wicked fun, yet like you say, it's only a ...

There is no SPD. SP's and P's will play together in a larger divisional event: P/SPD.

Re: Liverpool Open - Let's learn from our mistakes

I think we are being a little over-critical here. I was not a fan of the SE Pro-Am event either but as Bundy has said, was it not done to cater to players such as yourself Dave, where you had to catch trains back? I am in favour of divisional/fun events and at the same time I acknowledge that will m...

Congratulations to those promoted and moreso, those who narrowly escape promotion!

Boris, is the UKR + IRL list going to be discontinued then? If so, why aren't the boosted UKR players included in the overall player ranking list?

Anyone still need an AD partner? I have a friend who's looking for one. He's new to foosball and isn't that great but will be willing to play either back or front and is open to anyone really.

Re: Liverpool Open Pre-Reg

Take into consideration that everyone else that should have pre-registered from Keele has done so Nope, Richard Crump and Josh Kaye didn't. Well. SWIFT AND DECISIVE JUSTICE MUST BE HANDED TO THEM. Edit: Well not really. I think Boz should let our novices play with a package deal still though. Edit2...

Re: Liverpool Open Pre-Reg

The new players should be let off but existing players know the score. We have to be tough on existing players so that they get used to it. Without an appropriate consequence there will never be a change in incorrect behaviors. There was no reason for SP and above to pre-register (other than not be...
