Re: Thinking of buying a table...

Pro Champion 76kg - Master/World Champion 80kg Pretty sure all Pro Champions have through rods and plastic handles (which you would probably strap up anyway) They don't all have them, no. And 4kg makes the difference ;). Also... pro champion makes a rubbish sound when you score, we can't be having ...

However, there are some shots that are impossible to do on a Garlando that you can do on a Fireball. With regards to a pro-champion make sure yo...

Re: Nuneaton - Tables at the Royal Oak - Discussion

Garlando is a far inferior table to the Fireball quality wise. Some Fireballs are, yeah. I think most coin-op Fireballs I've experienced tend to not play to the same standard as the home edition. I'm not sure if its the balls (the original horrible orange ones) in some places but the quality feels ...

Re: Warwick Open 2012 - Results and afterglow

Thanks to Alex, Steve, Warwick in general, laura, all the desk people and anyone else who I've forgotten, also thanks to Meng, Twillets and Louis for partnering me, Mase for getting drawn with me (it was really fun!) and Spencer for letting me sleep somewhere! Re: Old Format Ideas

When I was novice I hated Open and saw it as absolutely pointless for me to enter just to play 2 games and go out. Was I the only novice who loved playing open events? I hear the same old story about how going 2 and out in open is not fun. The chance to play against some of the best players in the ...

Re: Old Format Ideas

Simply for the reason that it gives noobs 4-5 games rather than going 2 and out. When I was novice I hated Open and saw it as absolutely pointless for me to enter just to pl...
