If a given person has had a sex change from a man to a woman - then that person is a woman, thus should play in the women's tournaments. It would be highly offensive to make a person who has gone through a lot, and decided to und...

Olympics

Hey, i know this has probably come up in the past (i haven't been a member too long) but i was wondering if there is any push/progress to get foos into the Olympics...they have table tennis - so surely it wouldn't be unthinkable to have foos as part of the Olympics....maybe for London 2012?

Mate, this is your 1st time playing? and you think your intermediate? sorry, but i think that's unlikely. Iv been playing for 2 years now and wouldn't even think about rating myself above novice/amateur (don't know whats the lowest lol). Played at the Hereford no snake open with a friend who's at th...

But geoff doesnt use WD40 on glass top, it will get used on playing surface glass if thats what you mean!! Yeh your probably right about that, thinking about it...but i just can't be sure if he ever did use WD40 on the playing surface. All i can remember is Geoff using it on the telescopic rods - a...

hi - knowing very little about the quality of different tables, i was wondering if anyone could give their opinion of the FAS 'fun' table (http://intensegames.co.uk/acatalog/FAS_Fun_Table_Football.html). I am looking to own my first table, and this is going for about £150ish second hand, but in reas...

table wanted, and maybe some advice as well

Looking for a reasonable quality full size table. Italian style preferred, but will consider offers of any style/make. hell, I'll even take a Harvard off someone's hands! I am very much a novice - have been playing for 2 years now, on a table at the 6th form I've just finished, in herefordshire, par...
