Re: Nuneaton Boro table football thread

definitely on at Cricketers. Chance for some real table football - blocky feet, glass top, bad rolls, bad light, crowded, loud music, spillage - that's what competition conditions should really be like. it's a great venue

Re: Nuneaton Boro table football thread

Yes it is definitely open this week and next week. Unfortunately I cannot make it this Friday as I will be working in Cambridge but will be there the following Friday. Tables will probably be in the back bars as usual. Any problems ring me on my mobile on 07986465099.

Table football will be in the Directors Bar tonight (I think) that's the small one at the back as there is a football match on earlier. darts and Dominoes have an important match in the Sponsor's Lounge. Football fans will be using the main bar

Re: Nuneaton Open 2009 - Afterglow

Just got in from helping dismantle the tables and then falling asleep. My classes were particular impressed with the fact that I was half asleep due to being in a bar all weekend - they felt they were my best lessons. Thanks to everyone for attending and all those who helped kick-start this tourname...

Cheers Brendan - if you or Alina know of any other ladies that may want to take part in the Women's competitions it would be great as they are short of players for the womens.

Re: 8th-10th May: Nuneaton Open

Sounds great - if numbers are not right it might be possible to base it on teams of 3 making a combination of 3 doubles pairs A&C, B&C and C&A.

Re: 8th-10th May: Nuneaton Open

Cannot see why there could not be a Masters Doubles on the Sunday provided enough people are legible and available to enter it. Or am I missing something obvious? Cannot see why Pros would be barred from entry, but semi-pros would as they have their own competition that day.
