Re: Warwick Open 2012 - March 9-11

The entry fees minus costs will be divided amongst the events in a manner standard with the majority of tournaments.
so there is no formula.. so the entry fees from SPS, AS, AD etc will be transferred (partly) to prize for OD & OS :?

it shouldn't be like that - in my opinion

Re: Warwick Open 2012 - March 9-11

Joe, Thanks for your post. Can you also explain how the entry fees are gonna be transfered and devided... are you gonna put all entry fees (minus costs) to one pot and then split between events? if so how? is there a formula? if not, can I assume that entry fees from SPD are not going to be transfer...

Re: Warwick Open 2012 - March 9-11

Prize Fund:

Prize fund will depend on turnout but will be entry fees - costs. Any sponsorship obtained will be put directly into the tournament.

The distribution will use the standard BFA formula
can you explain how the standard formula works, please

Re: Bath Open 2011 Official Partner List

I've been asked to post an request:

Marcin Ksiazek is looking for partners. His ranking for this tournament is AMA, he is also AMA in polish ranking. The last time I've seen him playing was years ago but the standard of polish amateurs is pretty high.

Please PM me if you're interested

Thanks

Re: UK Championships Results

2) That players should only be allowed to enter the UKC if they are eligible and declare themselves to be available to go to the World Championships.
so if you don't want/can't afford to go to the Word Championships you cannot be UK Champion?
I don't think that's fair!

Re: Fireball Open Partners Needed

Friend of mine (Tomas Purgal) is looking for a partners. He is a novice in Fireball ranking but as he isn't a regular tournament player his ranq is irrelevant. I'd say he is a semi-pro level (on G - at the back)

He'd prefer to play at the back obv.

PM me if interested.

Thx
