Re: Rob Davey
I am so sorry to hear this tragic news.
I did not know Rob that well, but whenever i saw him we always shared some down to the knuckle banter.
A good man with a great sense of humour.
A true giant of the UK foos scene.
My thoughts are with his family.
God bless you Rob

Re: Team GB and the BFA to feature in new film...
The Lottery Film Fund would be a good avenue to try, In 2011 there were 9 new British films funded by the Lottery Film Fund selected for the BFI London Film Festival. The BFI is now the lead body for film in the UK which includes a role as a lottery distributor. Link - http://industry.bfi.org.uk/ Be...

Re: BFA 2004 spec Tornado for Sale (7 Day Auction)
I understand that the BFA needs the money for future tables etc, But it would be great if these tables could be invested into say, 4 schools at [BFA decide] per play, Then each year the 4 schools could compete against each other with their own annual 'Youth tournament / Competition' hosted by the BF...

Re: Nuneaton - Tables at the Royal Oak - Discussion
I think the Fireball Table is a great addition to the venue.
It is great that we now have a choice of two tables to play [Fireball & Garlando]
It would be a real shame/loss to the club if that choice was taken away [again]

A motorcycle event with poker verses a weekend of foos in Coventry. I haven't been to a tourney in 2 years so I just had to pick the latter, and I'm so glad that I did. To me this was a great weekend tourney, well run, relaxed, everything just seemed hassle free, All credit to the organisers Alex Mi...

Re: Nuneaton - Royal Oak table football thread
Really good to catch up with everyone last night. Had a bit of a chin-wag with the player base regarding the 'High Control' garlando balls that Chris had so kindly ordered for us. The upshot was that as soon as Chris had left the building. His lovely new balls were replaced with the old Barenherz ma...
