Re: Tornado Worlds Afterglow

Great post Rob. Although you didn't mention it, I thought you were very unlucky when the ball crept past your goalie to give them 4:3 in what was the final game. You and Joe had good momentum prior to that and it could have gone either way.. but super result in the end!

Yes, that was Bloop Enjoyed the tourney though,...

Re: Official Liverpool Open 2013 Partner Thread

Looks like I will be able to make this one so are there any other last minuters out there? For the record I won Handicapped doubles in Warwick last year playing up front with Charles Lesage, and came second in Pro Doubles playing in defence with Chris Lyall. I'm currently ranked Semipro and happy to...

Joe, I felt Martin's comment was unfair and that it needed to be answered.

You have now done so.

You will also find that if you ask them, the majority of the seasoned players will be glad to show you how to improve your game.

Re: Venue Listings - please tell us about new or dead venues

I've just moved one of my Tornado tables from University College Cork Old College Bar (upstairs from the Main Restaurant) to the Central Bar in Rathcormac in County Cork, just off the Dublin-Cork motorway. So that's one Tornado in each now at 50c for 9 balls. College Bar not re-opened yet. Well don...
