Re: Fireball
Hey Zico,
Fireball is more like a Tornado in terms of spacing and game play, its more bouncy though, especially off the walls. It's quite good for pin shots, I prefer it to Tornado for this, and don't forget bank and sling shots!
Good luck!
Dave

After a Pro Dubs partner. Preferably attacker but able to swap. Being Ace preferred but not a deal breaker.

I strive for 8 out of great on each rod, equivalent to 110% (which is all I can give).

Re: Seeding and Rankings Debate
I must start by saying that I think groups-SE, groups-DE and straight DE all have their place at open events. I think however the way that KO groups are dealt with should be dealt with on the format of the KO My opinions for open events: - Seeding in blocks is fine for the groups if time is factor, ...

Re: Near Wokingham
I live in Wokingham. I have Fireball in my house and there is Roberto Sport in Wokingham Hockey Club (although this is members only).
I haven't found any tables in pubs.

Not providing me with a male only alternative event or an under-50s competition is clearly discriminatory as I now am not given access to the same number events...

Re: Isha Lounge Open 17-19 June 2011
This looks very nice, lovely to have a Tornado tournament, so thank you to all involved. However, the Pro Am exclusion effectively means that Women and Seniors cannot play in Pro Am. I think this is arbitrary, discriminatory and wrong. It doesn't impact me because I'm PM and can't play Pro Am anywa...
