Is the team event going to be a DYP (like the one at Oxford in March), or do people need to organise four person teams in advance?

Seriously, I've got UEA guys (all novice, surely what this tournament is after?) asking me about this, so full details asap would be appreciated.

Any details Bill? And is this included within the original 15 pounds entry fee?

Are the Open events likely to run over until the Sunday?

I believe Bill put £15 all inclusive in a previous post (table fees + entry fees).

Open and Women's events events will not run over into Sunday.

Just to confirm the tournament has been awarded ranking status, although there was some opposition to the event having POY status that opposition was defeated by vote of the Tournament Coordination Committee.

Bill, is there a separate, smaller fee for entering just one competition, eg. just the amateur singles?

I've just pre-reg'd - and it asks for the other 3 members, of your team, in the team event - does this mean we have to sort out teams ourselves?

Is there some reason why the pre-reg form asks for Tornado ranking? Might confuse some people...

Think of it as Open Quadruples.

The data structure doesn't yet accomodate tieing tournaments to ranking lists (because I haven't added tables to describe the ranking data). As a result I can't dynamically determine which rankings are required. I agree it's confusing, but it means I can use the same page for all tournaments instead of changing it in the code each time. Currently the pre-reg page is powering the Reading Garlando and the UK Tornado. Perhaps I should add a note next to the ranking drop downs to make it less confusing...

Is there?

I have some n00bs who may be interested in entering one of the events, but would be unwilling to shell out £15.
