The Lottery Film Fund would be a good avenue to try,
In 2011 there were 9 new British films funded by the Lottery Film Fund selected for the BFI London Film Festival.
The BFI is now the lead body for film in the UK which includes a role as a lottery distributor.

If we, the people who play the sport they are trying to promote and publicise are not willing or prepared to each donate a little to help them out then can we really expect the visibility of foosball to increase in this country?

This is also great work by them showing lots of UK players. Looks like footage was filmed at the Major, Warwick 2012 and also Bar Kick.
